This unique property had extensive grounds yet limited opportunity for indoor to outdoor living and entertaining.

The brief invited a modern yet sympathetic design to the stately manor including new pool, outdoor living with fireplace, upgrade of some internal spaces and a secondary entry. Indoor outdoor flow was essential.

Simplifying the overall spatial flow of the property meant the occupants have countless opportunities for visual and physical links to the new spaces provided.
