This established property had extensive grounds yet limited indoor to outdoor living and entertaining.

The brief invited a modern yet sympathetic design to the traditional villa including new pool and several spaces for outdoor living, including one with a fireplace. Indoor outdoor flow was essential.

Connecting the different levels mean that the owners have numerous opportunities to engage with a variety of outdoor spaces across different times of the day and with the changing seasons.
